Nestled on the water’s edge of Kaneohe Bay, Windward Waterfront Garden is a hidden gem on Oahu’s East Shore. With the majestic Koolau Mountains as it backdrop, this secluded venue offers a variety of options for your special day. The lush outdoor lawn is the perfect setting for an outdoor ceremony or the historic hall enclosed with floor to ceiling glass opens up to a panoramic view of the beautiful Kaneohe Bay.

Just 35 minutes away from Waikiki, the beautiful scenic drive is just a prelude to what you will experience at Windward Waterfront Garden.

Parking is limited. Transportation services are available at an additional charge.

Up to (3) planning meetings. Up to 1 hour per meeting
Assist in the process of locating, negotiating, and booking remaining vendors in package
Budget Planning - Will assist in creating and understanding proposal
Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner. (Vendors in package proposal)
Ceremony planning & rehearsal
Prepare schedule/timeline and checklists
Final wedding day timeline will be prepared before the wedding day
Finalization meetings to review all details: The month of the wedding and the week prior to the wedding
2 Coordinators on wedding day
Up to 8 hours on wedding day
