Ceremony Questions

Reservation Questions

  • Our site tours are done Monday - Saturday from 11::00 am - 4:00 pm. Site Tour Reservations are required.

  • We start booking 18 months before your wedding date.

  • After you have selected one of our venues, wedding date and time of ceremony, one of our reservation agents will email you a proposal/contract. Due to our high interest in our properties, dates and venues are not officially held or confirmed until a 50% non-refundable deposit and signed contract is received. Once the signed contract and deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation 24-48 hours officially confirming your booking.

Important Disclosures

RESERVATIONS
To reserve your wedding date, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required. This allows us to begin the planning process for your event and secure your date and time. Start by filling out our online reservation form and we will email you a contract where you will be able to sign and pay your deposit online. Your non-refundable deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your wedding.

Once we receive your contract, along with your deposit, we will contact you by email with your wedding confirmation. In your confirmation e-mail, you will find instructions with the next steps of the planning process.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Our photographers are highly trained to capture the excitement and emotion of the day; your wedding day photos will be treasures for a lifetime. Our 30 minute photo shoot includes 15 ceremony images, 5 family images, 10 couple images. Additional photo time may be required for groups over 30. You may order additional photography by the half hour if you wish to have more photographs taken.

4-6 weeks after the event you will receive an email link providing access to your personalized photo gallery. The gallery will provide you access to download the hi-resolution digital images from the event. All images must be downloaded within 30 days as images will no longer be available after this date. The high-resolution digital images come with a non-commercial print release.

VIDEOGRAPHY
Our videographers use the latest, state-of-the-art equipment and fully edited. Our 3-5 minute video captures highlights of your event. Family & friends who were unable to attend will experience the amazing day. A treasure you will cherish all of your lives.

6-8 weeks after the event, we will email you a link to your edited video. All files need to be downloaded within 30 days as videos will no longer be available after this date. Due to the extremely large files related to the video, any changes or customizations needs to be submitted in writing no later than four weeks after your service as video files are no longer available after this point.
