Our simple process makes planning your wedding effortless
STEP 1
Select Your Location & Package
We have a wide range of wedding venues to fit any budget. Browse through our wedding venues and packages to find the perfect fit. When making your selection, consider the size of the venue and its maximum capacity. The services that the packages offers (e.g. catering, photography, decor, parking), as well as the locations accessibility for your guest. Submit your reservation by clicking on the “Make A Reservation” button and provide the requested information.
STEP 2
Review Proposal
Once we receive your reservation request, we will check availability and respond within 48 hours. If the venue is available and you are ready to secure the space, a proposal will be sent for review. To confirm your wedding date and time, a 50% non-refundable Booking Fee is required.
STEP 3
Wedding Day
Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive a welcome packed with detailed information to help plan your special day. This will help you stay on track as your wedding day approaches. Any last minute adjustments can be avoided making your wedding day stress-free.
If you are in need of additional planning help, consider one of our coordination packages. Full coordination starting one year from your wedding day will assist you from start to finish. Our partial coordination service starts three months prior to your wedding. This service will review everything that you currently have and make recommendations on what’s missing.
