Service Includes everything from Economy Package Plus:

  • Two specialty cocktail offerings predetermined by you and one complete bar set-up that includes all basic and classic cocktails you would expect along with your custom menu of specialty cocktails. This bar will be tended by professional bartenders skilled in crafting artisanal beverages.

  • The option for glassware at $1.65 per piece.

  • The use of one of our beautiful custom-built bar fronts-Choose from our entire fleet vs only the Country Bar or Aina bar with the Aloha package

  • Table side wine service and champagne pour for toast during dinner

  • Self-Serve refreshment bar for guest to stay hydrated.

  • Pre-event planning including 1 in-person meeting (or video conference) and unlimited phone call & email correspondence, creation of custom bar menu, generation of client shopping list, advice and suggestions for signature cocktails to compliment event themes and/or the tailoring of unique drinks based on client taste and flavor preferences.

  • A tailored shop list for all alcohol with the plus free pickup & delivery of alcohol.

  • A welcome pass of beer & wine and or champagne along with some nonalcoholic options.

  • One tasting to try up to 8 of our signature cocktails. Tasting fee is $125 and covers up to 4 guest.

  • Fresh, organic, locally sourced ingredient supplies including fresh fruit, purees, spices, bitters, hand-crafted garnishes, and any other special edible embellishments for beverages.

  • A variety of non-alcoholic beverages such as pineapple, cranberry, orange & guava juice, tonic, club soda, coke, diet & sprite for guest to enjoy with or without alcohol.
